Well, this isn't really a tag, per se... But I saw this on a few of my friends' blogs and it sounds like fun. Here's how it works:
1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together.
2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you. If you don't want to play on your blog, or if you don't have a blog, I'll leave my memory of you in my comments.

I remember when we got together and had a little shindig at Kirby Cove under the Bridge and got terrorized by raccoons (remember my charred Dutch Oven dessert???). I also have fond memories of you putting aside dental school stuff whenever you saw us on the playground to gab. I always loved it!
I remember when I first met you. You were just about to turn 18! You were very short then, and you could balance a spoon on your nose. I could sse then that you were a very dynamic person, full of fun and intelligence.
I'm so glad that you and my son got together!! You make very cute, smart grandSONS for me! Thanks!
There are just so many....
I think one of my favorites can be summed up in two words -- Tad Hamilton!
We sure loved having you guys in the complex. I remember the stories that you and Jason would share about crazy faculty on ego trips or your sobbing tattoed dental patient. I loved just to listen. I also remember Jason coming home and being totally stoked that Social D was playing in your car on the ride home.
Oh, so many to choose from! Some childhood memories are of you dressed up like John Travolta performing "Stayin' Alive" in front of the whole elementary school, or when you did the "Monster Mash" with your googly eyes hanging down. I think one of my fondest memories was after I had decided to move in with dad, we sat in your room and just talked. I don't remember what we talked about, but it was the first time it didn't end in an argument. That was the beginning of what has not only been two sisters growing up, but a deep friendship that will last a life-time. I love you!
I remember the first time I met you, you were making fun of the light clapper commercials at the slumber party the YSA had at our house. You are the ONLY one I remember from that party. You stood out to me and I liked you right from the start! Still do!
I remember our first Christmas with you, you surprised Angie and me with our very own identity bracelets! Even though we were eleven and nine, you always took interest in us and treated us with respect. I always appreciated that.
of course you want to open that can of worms!! you can always delet the bad ones & too bad as admin on the blog, you can't edit your own comments by others, that would be cool. LOL.
and i just read all the memories and can't remember any of my own.
i remember you standing in my parent's kitchen once and i wondered who you were, but you had a huge smile. i remember being outside your escondido apt (i think it was escondido) and you were indroducing us to nathan and annoyed that you had pjs on & we just popped over for a visit, don't know why but i recall a gated brown fence?? i don't recall ever being with you when i was tall enough for you to look up my nose while talking to me...its been awhile since i've seen you.
Shana, I remember the first time I asked you to "go out" with me.
You, being the natural lawyer you are, responded "I will go on dates with you."
And I said, "what are the chances of a guy like you and a girl like me...?"
And you responded, "like one in...
And I said, "like one in 10, one in 100?"
And you responded, "more like one in a million."
And I said, "so you're saying there's a chance!"
Then you wouldn't hold my hand, and then we got married.
Ain't love grand!
Okay here i go...You being pregnant with your first babe and working at micheals craft store..you know where i am going with this...being of shroter stature (nothing wrong with that) and cleaning a flower bin or something toppled in...and could really get out...and i recall the after math of the story being told...not nose flare hip slapping laughter, at your expense of course...p.s. not playing on my blog...
I remember you teaching a beautiful lesson in RS back in Marin. We only overlapped in the SR ward a few weeks before we went to the branch, so I didn't get to enjoy your lessons frequently. I just remember thinking that you had put so time and effort into your lesson and did a great job. I also remember thinking...how did she pull off such a great lesson being a busy 1st year dental student and mother?! I was impressed to say the least!
Okay. Many of you didn't post this memory thingy on your own blog, so I promised I would give you one of mine on here. Brace yourself... the memories are plentiful:
Momma Lynne and Diana-- One of my first memories was during the Christmas before Wayne and I got hitched. I thought it was so cool that the whole family went Christmas caroling to coworkers and friends every year. I also remember decorating the tree with the whole family and Diana saying "It looks like a Hippie decorated it!" when the tinsel got a bit overabundant. I thought you guys were a riot... Little did I know HOW funny you all were.
Angie-- I remember when you and Mom first moved down to Menifee and I saw you driving for the first time in your truck. It was such a shock to me because up to that point you had always seemed so much younger than me. Suddenly, you were all growed up. I'm glad we have gotten to know eachother so well, because the age difference doesn't amount to anything now. You and Di are our peers, and we love having fun with you.
Kelly-- Tattoos, PG-13 storytelling, Chick Flicks, LOTS of Ben and Jerry's, Falling from the loft and then trying to recapture it on film, Chemistry homework at the cabin, Denny's and the potato-bud debacle.... So many more to list!
Amy-- Again, this is like trying to narrow down a lifetime to come up with one good one! "Don't put the frog in the peanut butter!", making up dances to Michael Jackson and then torturing our home teachers while we "performed them," pretending to be stoned and dressing up like hippies in Daytona, climbing "Castle Rock," how many times can a person fall for "Smell my feet! They smell like roses?"
Anna-- I remember family gatherings at your house. When Wayne and I were first married, we went there for every Easter dinner (which Sanders would always have to come to late because he was still working at Lucky), and you were the only Holgerson that talked much. You have always been funny!
Rana-- I remember going on a triple date with you with Gina and Sanders, and we went to La Jolla shores and that hill with the giant cross on the top of it.
Natalie-- I remember running into you as you were making your way to the school for a fancy shmancy get-together, and you were worried about not being dressed formally enough. As I walked away, I remember thinking, "Dang! She's so cute, she could show up in flip flops and a mu mu and still look fabulous!"
Wayno-- I remember your bold swoop into my biznuss the very second things went into the crapper with Dave Summers, and my CAUTIOUS response to your pleading for my consent to date you. And then your brazen attempt to snatch my hand in front of the temple on the next day... Gettin' all celestial 'n stuff on the first date! Mr. Subtle.
SUBTLETY IS MY MIDDLE NAME!!!
